About us? We are from a family of teachers and know how hard they work.We also know the kind of gifts they often get and even have some of their extra or unused “world’s best teacher” mugs and scented candles.

We are parents and understand that it is hard to know what to get and how to show appreciation to the people who are spending such precious time with our kids. That’s why we started this women-owned small business. 

Appreciation is the act of letting someone know the difference they have made in your life. Teachers spend so much time with our kids. Time when our kids are happy, grumpy, engaged, too-engaged, tired, fidgety, silly, distracted, and passionate. We want to make the appreciation experience better. Better for teachers. Better for those who want to show their appreciation to teachers.

So we talked with the teachers and parents from all over the country and we asked them what they really, really want.

They want (1) simple, genuine, personal appreciation. A note that lets them know you see their hard work with your child. And, (2) they don’t want stuff they don't need (like, no more mugs!)

Parents want the process to be easy. Real easy. And they want to have confidence they are giving a gift the teacher really would like.
