You will get email updates about your order at each stage:  email being sent to the teacher, confirmation the teacher told us their preferences, confirmation the cheer shipped, and confirmation the cheer was delivered!

We usually ship the next day after the teacher tells us their preferences.

Yes! Teachers have said that the most meaningful thing is when parents just write a genuine note. They save them. They use them as fuel to keep going :). So let your teacher know why you think they are great and deserve cheer.

If the box hasn't shipped, absolutely. Just message us here and if it hasn't shipped we'll include it!

Just their name, email, and the grade they teach.
